    1.Uses

    2.The structural features

    3. installation and commissioning
    1)Installation: vacuum drying oven should be placed in the indoors with good ventilation conditions, no strong vibration, can not be placed around inflammable, explosive and corrosive gases.
    2)Debug: Close the door and tighten the door handle.Close the back valve and open the vacuum valve. Connect the airway tube on the side way of the chamber with the vacuum pump by rubber tube.Open the vacuum pump power, start pumping. when the vacuum meter indicates the value ​​meeting the requirements,close the vacuum valve and vacuum pump power. Now the chamber is in the vacuum state. If there is no heating function,the debugging of the vacuum drying oven is end.

    5.use
    1).Put the samples into the chamber,close the door and tighten the door handle. Close the back valve, open the vacuum valve, Connect the airway tube on the side way of the chamber with the vacuum pump by rubber tube.Open the vacuum pump power, start pumping.When the vacuum meter indicates the vacuum degree meeting your needs,close the vacuum valve, and then turn off the vacuum pump.Now the chamber is in the vacuum state.

    2), After the power is turned on, turn on the power switch,the indicator light is light,means working finely. The meter displays the workroom temperature, and then adjust the control meter to the setting temperature, the workroom begins heating. Green light on the control meter indicates that power-warming.When the instrument heats after 60 minutes, the displaying temperature should be basically the same with the setting temperature.

    3), the different samples and different temperatures, should select different drying time.If the drying time is long, the vacuum degree declines, need pump to restore the vacuum degree, should be turned on the vacuum pump first, and then open the vacuum valve.
    4), after drying, you should turn off the power, rotating the back valve, lift the vacuum state of the chamber, open the door to remove samples (the rubber ring attracts tightly with glass door after vacuum.It is difficult to open the door.After some time,it can be opened).

    5), control the temperature shall not be less than 50 ° C under vacuum condition. If less than 50 ℃, the values ​​of the standard thermometer is not match with the display the values,it is a normal phenomenon. This phenomenon does not affect the temperature control and temperature above 50 ℃.
