The automatic control instrument of concrete standard curing room is applicable to the standard curing of cement and concrete specimen in construction and highway research.Installation and debugging instructions:1) Firstly, the control box is fixed outside the curing room, and the fixed position is suitable for convenient operation.Select the position to put the temperature and humidity probe into the curing room and fix it. The temperature and humidity sensors are respectively connected to the control instrument according to the number.The curing room should have good thermal insulation and sealing, and the size of the space should meet the requirements.(2) Then put the main machine in the center of the curing room, connect the humidifier inlet with the tap water pipe with plastic water pipe, turn on the faucet (usually a small amount), the water can be automatically controlled, the water level must be higher than the electric heat pipe, in order to avoid dehydration and burning of the electric heat pipe.The heating and humidifying plugs are respectively inserted into the socket of the control box.(3) The control system shall be removed before the installation of the single-cooled air conditioner, and then the power plug of the compressor shall be directly connected to the refrigeration socket.Note: If you install a warm and cold air conditioner, do not connect the air conditioner to the controller, and let the air conditioner run independently.(4) The ground wire must be well connected during installation, and the power must be connected to the control instrument through the knife switch.Notes for use:1. The enclosure of the control instrument must be reliably grounded.2. Water shortage is strictly prohibited in the humidifier to avoid burning the heating pipe and humidifier. The inlet valve should not be closed or opened too large.3. Keep the water tank clean and clean it regularly to ensure the normal work of the humidifier. It is strictly prohibited to put the test pieces into the water tank and wash hands in the water tank.4. The control instrument should be placed in a ventilated, dry and non-corrosive environment.5. If the fault is caused by quality problems, it shall be guaranteed for half a year from the date of delivery.6. The user of this instrument must install a stable power supply if the voltage is not stable.
