Free calcium oxide (fCaO) is an important indicator to measure the quality of clinker. Accurate/rapid determination of fCaO in clinker is particularly important for cement quality control. This instrument uses the conductivity analysis method to determine the CaO content, which reduces the previous man-made titration errors and improves the accuracy of the measurement. The process of measuring the fCaO content takes only a few minutes to complete automatically, and automatically displays, automatically prints the test results, and alarms. The measurement time is shortened, the labor intensity is reduced, and the obvious advantages of quickness and convenience are shown, which has a positive and effective effect on the production quality.
