The cement fineness negative pressure sieve analyzer is used to test the fineness of Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, fly ash Portland cement, and composite Portland cement.

The negative pressure sieve analyzer for cement fineness is mainly composed of sieve base, micro motor, vacuum cleaner, cyclone and electrical control.

Instructions for use:

1. Before the sieve analysis test, adjust the digital display time relay to set it at 120s, then place the negative pressure sieve on the sieve base, cover the sieve cover, turn on the power, and adjust the negative pressure to the range of -4000~-6000pa inside, and then shut down.

2. Weigh 25g of the sample, put it in a clean negative pressure sieve, cover the sieve cover, start the instrument again, and continuously screen and analyze. The sample falls, and the instrument stops automatically when the sieve is full for 120s.

3. After sieving, use a balance to weigh the remainder

Precautions:

1. Pour out the cement in the dust bottle regularly.

2. If the negative pressure does not meet the national standard requirements (-4000～-6000pa) after a period of use, please clean the dust bag in the vacuum cleaner.

3. The vacuum cleaner should not work continuously for more than 15 minutes, otherwise it is easy to overheat and burn out.

It can measure the fineness of Portland cement, ordinary cement, slag cement, active volcanic cement, fly ash cement, etc. This instrument has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient operation.
