The worm wheel shaft 5 is used to reduce the speed of the worm gear shaft 5 to drive the planetary positioning sleeve. The planetary gear 9 fixed on the upper end of the blade shaft completes the rotation movement around the fixed internal ring gear 8 and is automatically controlled by a two-speed motor through a time program controller to complete the specified working procedure of one slow rotation, one stop and one fast rotation.
