Drying is a delicate process as drying too fast, too slow, or unevenly can ruin an otherwise perfect process. There are many different types of drying ovens for different needs. A basic double wall utility drying oven is not much different from the oven you use in your home kitchen. Gravity convection or forced air convection drying ovens provide a greater degree of evenness, control of temperature, rapid drying capabilities, and many newer models are programmable. Drying ovens with a maximum temperature of 250C, 300C and 350C are available. Electric Oven is made of the box, temperature control systems, heating systems and heat circulation system structure.The box is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate by punching and surface spray.The inner container is made of high-quality steel or stainless steel for users to choose. Between the inner container and the shell is filled with high quality rock wool for insulation. The center of the door is with tempered glass window,It is user-friendly to observe the interior materials testing at any time in the working room.
Temperature control system adopts microcomputer chip processor, dual digital display, easy for users to view the setting temperature (or the setting time) and the measured temperature. And with PID regulation characteristics, time setting, high temperature protection, temperature correction, deviation alarm function, precise temperature control, function strong. Professional designed air circulation system in the working room.The heat from the bottom goes into the working room by the natural convection to improve the temperature of the indoor temperature uniformity.
Uses:
The max temperature of the high temperature blast type drying oven is 300°C, For a variety of test materials placement. Suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating .It can be used both in industrial and laboratory. (But it does not apply to the place volatile matter in the oven, so as not to cause explosion).

2. The sheel adopts high quality cold rolled steel plates, the surface is with electrostatic spraying .The inner container adopts high quality Cold-Roll Steel or 304 stainless steel.

5. air circulatory system puts the heat into the working room through the air funnel and force the exchange cycle of the hot and cold air in the working room, thereby improve the temperature uniformity of the working room temperature field.
