    Electro-hydraulic universal material testing machine

    uWE type electro-hydraulic universal material testing machine is driven by hydraulic power source and intelligent measurement and control instrument for test data acquisition and processing. It consists of four parts: test host, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system and test apparatus. The maximum test force is 600kN, and the accuracy level of the testing machine is better than grade 1.

    uWE electrohydraulic universal material testing machine can meet the standard test requirements of the national regulations on metal tensile test, and can also achieve tensile, compression, bending, shearing and other types of tests on different materials or products in accordance with other standards, and can obtain the tensile strength, yield strength and other performance indicators of the measured material.

    u The testing machine is a six-column, double-space structure, with tensile space between the upper beam and the lower beam, and compression space between the lower beam and the test bench. The test space is automatically adjusted by the rotation of the sprocket and the lead screw to drive the lower beam up and down. Standard models are equipped with V-shaped and flat jaws for clamping cylindrical and flat specimens for tensile test; The bottom end of the lower beam of the standard model is equipped with an upper pressure plate, and the test bench is equipped with a lower pressure plate with a spherical structure, which can be directly used for compression test.

    u The design of the main engine of the testing machine allows for the possibility of expanding the assembly of other fixtures to perform additional tests. For example: the bolt fixture can be used for bolt stretching, the bending fixture can be used for round bar or plate bending test, the shear fixture can be used for round bar shear strength test, and the concrete and cement sample test can be done in the compressed space with anti-bending, shear, splitting, elastic modulus meter.
