LS tubular screw conveyor is a kind of general-purpose screw conveyor. It is a continuous conveying equipment that uses screw rotation to move materials. The screw diameter is 100~1250mm and there are eleven specifications, which are divided into two types: single drive and double drive.

The maximum length of the single-drive screw conveyor can reach 35m, of which the maximum length of LS1000 and LS1250 is 30m. It is suitable for conveying flour, grain, cement, fertilizer, ash, sand, gravel, coal powder, small coal and other materials. Due to the small effective circulation area in the body, the screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying materials that are perishable, too viscous, and easy to agglomerate.

LS tubular screw conveyor is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small block materials, such as cement, pulverized coal, grain, fertilizer, ash, sand, coke, etc. . Widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, machinery, grain and food industries. The conveying inclination should be no more than 15°. If the conveyor angle is too large, more than 20°, it is recommended to use GX tubular screw conveyor.
