According to the laboratory research, according to national standards, our factory designed and developed a concrete disk vibration table, the product design is reasonable, beautiful shape, strong technical. There is a control device, which is convenient, safe and reliable to use, the controller has automatic control function, the working table is installed with an electrically controlled magnetic field, during the test, the test die is absorbed by the magnetic field generated by the working table, so that the test die can not move, to avoid noise, but also to the laboratory a quiet environment. The instrument is widely used in construction, building materials and scientific research units, concrete blocks or other materials for vibrating compaction, is the most ideal contemporary test equipment.
Second, the design principle
The table is composed of: 1, Table 2, magnetic field 3, attached vibrator 4, support spring 5, amplitude modulation spring 6, hinge device 7, Tie Rod 8, program control instrument etc. . The table is made of 145 channel steel and 12mm steel plate by welding, the Upper Mesa is connected with the supporting spring and the amplitude modulation spring base by a spring-supported mesa tie rod to play the amplitude modulation role. The vibration source is provided by a closed attached vibrator which is installed at the lower part of the mesa, when the vibrator operates, the high-speed rotation of the eccentric weight produces the vibration force, and the supporting spring mainly plays the role of supporting and damping.
Methods of use
The vibration table working procedure is controlled by the controller. Put the concrete test molds on the table, turn on the power switch, set the time to the required value, time set range 0-999 seconds arbitrary, open the table control switch, press the start key to work, in the working time can press the stop switch, a work program to complete, after the vibration table stop, closed the magnetic control switch, take down the test molds. the next test, press start switch digital display will automatically clear zero.
