2、Structure feature
The shape of the vacuum drying box is horizontal, and the box body is made of high quality steel plate by stamping and welding. Spray the surface of the cabinet. The insulation layer is filled with aluminum silicate cotton; the door is double-layered tempered glass door, which can adjust the closing tightness of the door; the molded high temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing ring is used between the workroom and the glass door to ensure the door and the workroom. Sealing greatly increases the vacuum. The DZF model is a square workroom.
Installation: The vacuum drying oven should be placed in a room with good ventilation and no strong vibration. Flammable, explosive or corrosive gas should not be placed around the instrument.
2、Commissioning: Close the door and tighten the door handle, close the bleed valve to open the vacuum valve, connect the vacuum rubber tube to the vacuum pump with the air pipe on the side of the box, turn on the vacuum pump power supply, start pumping, when the vacuum meter indication value is reached When requested. Turn off the vacuum valve and vacuum pump power. At this point the box is under vacuum. If there is no heating function, the vacuum drying oven is commissioned.
